Formation of CC.COPS (Calgary Chinatown Citizens On Patrol Society)

- 35 to 50 community patrol teams & 350 to 500 members recruitment
- [Train the Trainer] trainings;
- ACOPA - Trainings of all patrol members & definition of standards and procedures
- Set up the Chinese Language Chinatown Crime Reporting Hotline (CCCOPS Hotline)

- Implementation of CC.COPS (winter) mobile patrol & data transfer to CPS
(summer day-light) neighborhood walk patrol & night mobile patrol & data transfer to CPS

* Skynet of Cameras ; data collection of crime activities capture & information transfer to the CPS
- 30x2 = 60 camera sites (year 1 & 2) hardware Installation of [ A.I. Chinatown ]
- Skynet of Cameras, Blue/Flood lights, & Interactive display of monitoring
